One of the goals of PsyCare is to promote education and research on contemporary issues facing today's families. We are beginning our undertaking by offering information about what we have learned in the past ten years about parental alienation. WORKSHOPS and CONFERENCES
We have been asked to recommend evaluators but have decided not to do so because of the liability and not knowing if the evaluator would be qualified. It would be presumptuous of us to set the qualifications of evaluators that we would recommend. This is a responsibility that we don't think we can take on. To find a qualified evaluator contact your local family court or state social worker, psychological or psychiatric association. Asked the evaluator their attitudes about parental alienation and parental alienation syndrome and their experience testifying in family court. You have a right to ask the evaluator questions before you hire the person.
