My daughter recently sat before Judge [last name removed] with regard to custody of her 2 year old. The father had moved to Arizona.
Judge [last name removed] ordered weekly transfer of visitation. This means that little boy is either on a plane or traveling 10 hours by car every week. That is
absurd! The kicker is that the father took the child and now refuses to return the child. My daughter is heart broken and has no where to turn. Judge
[last name removed] never looked at the evidence of violence NOR considered the child. I hope your story has a happy ending.

If what you're saying is true, stop whining and try to get your case modified. It's not that difficult in light of what you are saying about the mother. You are playing a victim; hence you bare just as much responsibility in the so called demise of your son. Stop whining and take action.
