I too have lost my two daughters to PAS. The holidays are so painful and my lack of success in the NY court system to fight PAS has sucked the spirit right out of me. My daughters are now accusing me of verbal abuse on our visits and the law guardian believes them. I feel raped by the system and I can not afford to fight it out in court. If only I could win the lottery...I would establish a foundation to help target parents fight PAS by providing the money that is needed to obtain justice.

I don't know how old your girls are, but my husbands children are 16,18 and 20. They have done some horrible things over the past four years. It would be to time consuming to share all, as well as to depressing. If you believe in God, pray. Find a great place to worship and pray. My husband has lost his children, the courts say he has joint custody, yet they have never spent the night in his home in four years. He pay's everything (car, school, insurance) The interesting thing is now that all has been lost in court, they are acting better. They have actually called him on thier own. Hang in there, you aren't dead yet, so thier is hope for the future. My husband believes his children will be back now that he has seen some very possitive signs. They still don't come over, but they are acting much less stressed and happy to see him. I repeat, pray and it can make a
differance. (Last changed: February 26, 2006)

I made some mistakes in my marriage, I paid the price for it. Now the children's Mom is using it to alienate me from the Kids. I have filed papers & we are now back in family court and I hope that I can show how she is alienating the Children from me. She states I'm not involved, but its really hard to be involved when I am not told anything about my children. Thats the parenting agreement we signed. My Daughter is 13 and she doesn't even consider me her Dad, my 15 yr son does but its a really cooled relationship. I just wish I could get a Lawyer in Butte County Ca that I could afford or pro bono.
